Re: XASECO2 (TM²C) v0.90

I could implement basic ManiaExchange support for you if you want. I have some spare time the coming weeks :P.

Re: Genetically programmed Trackmania

For ESL tracks it will indeed take a very long time before even the first finish occurs. I'm thinking about programming the first "generation" in myself, and let the bot just improve that drive. Why not driving a few runs into the finish and record the buttons you pressed with a key logger to creat...

Re: Cheater

Xymph who are you otherwise? The creator of shitmania full of cheaters. No one cares about the game because the game is totally ****. Dedimania is not part of the game. And you lost the battle because you do not see the database full of invalid records. By the way I blocked myself too obvious becau...

Re: Genetically programmed Trackmania

just bashes the throttle, steer and brake buttons. Interesting project, but how do you 'bash' the buttons? Is that a robot punching the keys on your keyboard (unlikely), or do you feed the game client via DirectInput or something like that? I simulate a button being pressed. I use the Java(yes, the...

Re: Genetically programmed Trackmania

Nice idea, but, as you said, practically not very efficient. I can imagine that the time and capacity that the program requires depends on the complexity of the specific track (for ESL longer than for LOL :P). I also doubt it would find cuts or tricks on such maps, regardless of the time it takes, ...

Re: Genetically programmed Trackmania

Nice idea to find the optimal line due to an genetic algorithm. Used this kind of calculation a lot the last years, but it consumes so much power -_- Which technique did you used for the recombination part? Did you set a cut off value after finding a local optimum or did you let it simply calculate...

Genetically programmed Trackmania

I decided to start a little project last week: to genetically program a Trackmania "bot". What is genetic programming? If you don't know what genetic programming is: you basically start by generating a population(in my case of 20) of random bots that just bashes the throttle, steer and brake buttons...

Thanks for taking my idea and putting it in XAseco, I'm especially happy that the ugly onChat isn't needed anymore indeed :P

Trackmania 2 Puzzle

Why not create a topic about the puzzle recently created by Nadeo? They posted this piece now(into your Skins/Puzzle folder): http://puzzle.maniastudio.com/images/a44fabf343ef2e78bfcfabfc389bff8e.png What I (think) I know: -It's the side of a car being shown, a place near one of the wheels. -http:/...

Re: XASECO (TMN/TMF) v1.12

Is it normal the XAseco uses ~3.5% CPU constantly at a duo-core 2.8GHz CPU? I recently moved everything to a new server, and though I can't remember the percentage at my old server(single-core 1.6GHz :P) I think it was less than that. p.s: you should really place XAseco on a site like github, I thin...

Re: No servers

I've got this problem too, but only on my united account. When I go on a nations account it's fixed(but I can't join anything since I don't have favorites with that account XD). Hope Nadeo does something about this soon, I'm bored already! :P

Re: ["Plugin"] Fast /list

Just got this tested on a server with 1000+ tracks, the /list command went from 6 seconds to 1.5-2 seconds. Big improvement I say :P
