I have this problem too with both Nations Forever and United Forever! Graphics card is a Intel HD Graphics 4000. I have updated the card's drivers, but the issue persists.

I am not running the game through steam. When I try to edit Nadeo.ini it says I do not have access to, and when I try to download the update it says already up to date... :\

You encounter this issue on TrackMania United Forever, don't you?
To add a server in your favorit list, copy this link in your game’s browser address bar

Exactly Alinoa, that game only. My trackmania 2 works flawless. Thanks for replying btw. :)

Now I have tried to patch the game by modifying the .ini file, didn't work. I have only tried one old drivers for my card.

OK PEOPLE GOT A SIMPLE SOLUTION FOR YOU ALL TO TRY!!!!

Had this problem on my new MSI laptop with a GTX850M and was about to give up when I decided I would try and copy the configs from my desktop over to the laptop and see if it fixed it... AND IT DID! So if you have another PC that it runs fine on find your "Default.SystemConfig.Gbx" file (which is under Documents\TrackMania) on that PC and copy it over to the one running low res.

Note: I installed the game and ran it once before copying the file over. This was to ensure it would not run that bench test on first run and overwrite my copied file. Good luck cause I'm not sure if it will work for you but it sure did for me. And remember that you probably don't want to run the before games settings and overwrite that file so just leave it alone. In game graphics changes seem to be fine though. Enjoy!

Well, I tried the solution from partin1536, it work once, and then come back to low, blurry texture.
Is there anyway to fix this permanently? Since I tried the AGP and Distro and patch thingie, and it didn't work.
BTW, my driver is nVidia GEFORCE GTX 950M
