lost password issues

Ok so ive had an account in the past and long forgotton the password. It would turn out the game thinks ive made an account on 10 other emails ( i definetely havent) as every time i try to create a new account it tells me the email is in use. Even on an address i just made up. Well done on that one by the way. When I click forgotton password button it tells me wrong login . Well of course it is , I forgotten it!!!! Come on guys what kind of system is this you have here?
