TMU account runs on a deleted e-mail address

In 2010 I bought TMUF (CD), created a account with the multiplayer key and linked it to an old e-mail address which I had to delete 4 months later due to several unknown accesses. The problem is that I can´t use this multiplayer key to create a new account today because the subscription still runs on the old account, whose login data I already forgot (except multiplayer key + old e-mail address). Is it possible to clear the subscription from the old account to be able to create a new account?
Note: I already looked up the Ubisoft forum which didn´t provide any help.
