Version TMc.5 and TMc.6 ???

I downloaded a TMN track and I was trying to play it in Solo
BUT it gives me this message:

Do I need an Update or what?

I have a similar problem with TMO
I Downloaded a track and well i can see it where u choose the challenges BUT if i try to play it, the game crashes.
so i try to see if i could open the track on the TMO track editor and it gives me this message:

Seems as if the tracks were done in a more recent version of TM than you are using.
Try updating the programs.

Ok i can understand that because Stadim tracks have diffrent blocks like dirt
BUT are there any new blocks on Desert tracks on TMU?

damnit :( now i got to save money to buy TMU... :(

in the "older" eviroments are not many(or none) new blocks... but they got a little "facelift", so older versions of tm wont be able to handle them...
