Acces denied in browser

I'm getting continuesly the following errors:
* [2010-03-01T02:44:10+01:00] [PHP Warning] mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied on line 129 in file /var/www/html/remotecp/plugins/Browse/index.php
* [2010-03-01T02:44:10+01:00] [PHP Warning] mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied on line 130 in file /var/www/html/remotecp/plugins/Browse/index.php
* [2010-03-01T02:44:10+01:00] [PHP Warning] mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied on line 131 in file /var/www/html/remotecp/plugins/Browse/index.php
* [2010-03-01T02:44:10+01:00] [PHP Warning] opendir(/home/tmf/gameservers2/trackmaniaforever/GameData/Tracks/) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: Permission denied on line 562 in file /var/www/html/remotecp/plugins/Browse/index.php
* [2010-03-01T02:44:10+01:00] [remoteCP Notice] Read directories - can\'t open directory: /home/tmf/gameservers2/trackmaniaforever/GameData/Tracks/
My tracks folder has the rights of the user I run all my servers with which is tmf:users, for the browse folder I gave it the rights apache:users and I changed the rights of my tracks folder to include the rights to write from the usersgroup. But still I got the access denied errors. What am I doing wrong ?

hum I would say its the typical open_basedir problem, but your error messages doesn't contain such a message. Try googling open_basedir anyway :)

Well it's a standard apache install with php so openbase dir is not in effect. I looked that up already :)
I can't seem to find out why it does this, it should have worked this way. :evil:
