Sorry
Okay, no worries. Glad it's actually nothing serious.

Got it installed and it works great. Thanks for moving more strings into the config.xml. :D

Anyways, i have yet another suggestion. I've seen a different karma voting system where the number of ++'s and --'s are shown and then percentaged. Can you make it display that info?

Something like this:
> Current Track Karma: 12 [Positive: 15 (83%)][Negative: 3 (17%)]

I like this idea as it is impossible to know how many votes have been casted on a track as it is now, and while we do have the karma line shown why not include the extra info :-)

Just thought I'd advise a minor change I made to jfreu.plugin.php

Code: Select all

Line 1287  //		$aseco->addCall("ChatSendServerMessage", array($message));
i.e. commented it out.

Why? If you set $infomessages=0; in jfreu.config.php then why would you want to see Messages: OFF at the end of every round/map? :?
Cheers!

I also comment the jfreu loaded messages out. They just clutter the chatbox when you join.

Okay, I'll make it an option to include that info in the next version. Thanks for the idea.

I think this question has been answered before, but I can't find it.

Is there any way to ranklimit who can vote? We have issues with novice players cast multible and/or random nextmap/restartmap/kick/ban votes. Those problems does not occur that often with higher ranked players.

There was a discussion about (rank)limiting various things a while ago but it pertained more to karma votes than the normal CallVotes. If you want to keep CallVotes, maybe the Votelimit plugin is of use, and otherwise you can switch to chat-based votes in v0.84+ which has various restrictions on how many times and when certain votes are allowed per track (and there's no ban vote at all).

Nice with the votereminder! :1010

Would it be possible to get the totalplaytime data from mysql and write it in the /server popup? I mean. with /stats you see the totalplaytime of 1 player... add them all up so you can see how long time players have played. Possible to do?

Oh very easy, since I'm already looping over all the players in the database anyway to count their nations. This will be in the next version. Thanks for the tip. :)

Wondering if you were ever going too incorperate Ck|Cyrus Auto-Track Manager into your version of Aseco/Rasp?

I was wondering (it happens) Wouldn't it be possible to only show the server rank line if changes had actually occured ie whenever a rank changes, in the fast like record manner so one could see if it went up or down :-)

A small annoying little bug is found :-)
When removing a track ie /admin removethis and then calls for the /nextmap aseco becomes unhappy:

Code: Select all

[PHP Warning] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() on line 40 in file /TrackMania-TMN/aseco-ng/plugins/plugin.rasp_nextmap.php
This goes on until aseco is restarted.

I am not planning on including that one, for the reason mentioned halfway this post. But reportedly it already works fine with v0.8+ anyway.

We already discussed something like that after the v0.84 release but it's just not practical and economical.
