[REQ] Dynamic timeattack_limit

Hi!

I just wonder if its possible to make a "dynamic timeattack_limit" set by the length of the lap.
Ex:
A map has avg laptim off 30sec calc by top50. So the timeattack_limit will be 30sec * X lap set in config. And when a map have 120sec avg the timeattack_limit will be higher.

Then a "allmap" server can have long and short maps, without being boring when having a 10sec map going on for 6min and a 2min map going on for 4min ex.

Probly this can be made as an plugin..?
