if I do /admin call AutoSaveReplays true, a message pops up with:

Method results for:
AutoSaveReplays = 1

if I do /admin call AutoSaveReplays = 1 I get the message:
Method error for AutoSaveReplays: [-501] Value of type STRING supplied where type BOOL was expected.

And if I do /admin call AutoSaveReplays 1 I get the message:
Method error for AutoSvaeReplays: [-501] Value of INT supplied where type BOOL was expected.

What am I doing wrong now again?

Nothing, true is the correct boolean value. The above result 1 equals success, so the method was executed. Replay saving should be on until the server is restarted. To make it permanent, follow Lambda suggestion.

Ok, thx, where does the server save the replays, very usefull to know :P

The problem isn't fixed completely yet.

I want it to save every single replay that gets finished on the server, not only the best one.

Is there anyway to do that?

Hi all

How to save with an automatic filename?
i tried
/admin call SaveCurrentReplay "
(2 simple quote, works but the filename is ")
/admin call SaveCurrentReplay ''
/admin call SaveCurrentReplay('')
/admin call SaveCurrentReplay(")
doesn't work

Till now the /admin call AutoSaveValidationReplays the best, only it only saves when the time gets improved, but he also ahs to save when he doesn't get improved, is that possible?

I would suggest you let the server save it all, and permanent by setting this in the dedicated.cfg
1 replay file per track including all the ghosts of the
players at that time.

Then I read this thread can I not find if all advice is for TMN or TMNF server, so what server will it work on?

This is the feedback from server:
Method error for AutoSaveReplays [-506] Method 'AutoSaveReplays' not defined
Ware shall I defined this or do I somthing wrong?

The server is at TMN, the server bin is from May 30 2006 if it helps.

Yeah, duh. That old server doesn't have much replay support, apart from GetValidationReplay, as per ListMethodsNations.html in XAseco's DOCS directory. AutoSaveReplays is for TMF. Check my Methods site for all differences between TMN and TMF.

Thanks GOD, whats up with "Yeah, duh." all can not sit on the answer, so I ask.
I are glad you even answer on my question, have look at the site and you miss a comparison: TMNF<->TMF or are I seting me up for a new "Yeah, duh." ?

I try the command after weerwolf1 answer indicate that it could work, but now I know my server is to old.

Yeah, because TMF == TMNF & TMUF, there's no difference in methods between them. And the duh is because you've been around long enough to know there are big differences between classic TMN and TMF. :P
