- HUD ontop

- Result of track evaluation buttom right (admins only)
- Last but not least the famous easteregg ... somewhere

Mistral ASECO v8 - Complete New Manialinks!

Manialink redesign completed. Keep your settings (raps.settings.php + xml-files) if you want.
------------------------------------------ Old Stuff --------------------------------------------------------------------

New: Beta2 of new HUD (Single Forever-Manialink)
V7 (tmuf+tmnf): http://rapidshare.com/files/108941656/m ... 7.zip.html
V6 (tmuf): http://rapidshare.com/files/108683069/m ... 6.zip.html
SaKrifeD wrote:I found one "mistake" in script

uploaded tmnf tracks from tmx get a wrong download-link, because one array element is missing in rasp.settings.php

add in line 164

Code: Select all

$tmxlinks['TMF']='http://tmnforever.tm-exchange.com/main.aspx?action=trackshow&id={ID}#auto';
greetz
=RR= SaKrifieD
Replace all php-files (includes, plugins and aseco.php) ... if you want to keep your rasp_settings.php just add:

Code: Select all

// Jukebox Settings
$jb_price = 10; // normal price for using the jukebox - set to 0 to have a free jukebox
$jb_price_2nd = 50;			// price for 2nd, 3rd a.s.o. track added to jukebox
$jp_price_played = 200;		// price for adding a played track (still in the jb_buffer)
$jb_maxtracks = 3; // maximum tracks in the jukebox allowed per player
V7 includes the new GBX.remote.php and i removed the old "workaround" immediate call-execution

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One more improvement since v5 i just remember:
Deleted tracks and their evaluations are stored in the database. If you readd a already deleted track you will see when i got deleted, which admin deleted it and the evaluation is shown.

Code: Select all

V6 - TMUF (quick and dirty)

BACKUP FILES AND DATABASE FIRST!!!

Whats new:
----------------------------------------- v6 -------------------------------------------------
- tmuf fixes
	* layout adjusted
	* admin interface shows again
	* hud closeable again
	* support for tmnforever.tm-exchange.com ("/admin add <id> TMF")
	* rank removed from join-message (no info for unofficial players)
	* voting not disabled anymore when admin joins (finaly seperated settings in dedicated
		server for kick/ban and next/restart challenge votes)
	* gameinfo and db prepared for new "Game" TMF
- new $trackadmins-array in settings file. trackadmins can /admin add and /admin undo
- probably more i cant remember right now
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just replace all your php-files if you have an older versions of mistral-aseco ...
you can keep your rasp_settings.php ... if you want, add the new setting $trackadmins

--------------------------- old -----------------------------
well ... new topic ... gosh ... somehow had to

the past few days i got many emails and pms about my script and forever ... ya know.

basically the script was already old crap ... grown source over almost 2 years ... bad code.

i didnt really want to move it to forever ... i dont really have the time to recode it ... i dont want to let my server die ...

so i really took this old code and made it even worse ... but most of it is running right now ... somehow ... its still far away from what i would give away.

i need more testing ... i need more exerience ... i need more time.

maybe in some weeks the script is stable enough to be given aways to other servers again... maybe in some days.

cant tell ya right now ... its somehow alive but still critical ;)

just gimme some time

Sounds great, Mistral... :thumbsup:

Might be 'old source', but it's still familiar as far as 'classic' Aseco/RASP goes, and I'd love to give whatever you got a try.

Admins see ingame the result of the track evaluation:
- green = keep track
- blue = not my environment
- yellow = i dont care
- red = delete track

players will evaluate tracks after they finished it several times ($eval_threshold in rasp_settings.php).

Basically i hade to move the whole admin stuff.

Can i have this running on a TmnF server? The README says; Before installing the core plugin you MUST ensure Aseco 0.6.1b is running stable on your server.

But does Aseco 0.61b work with the net tmf server? I doubt it.

My todolist doesnt say anything about you need aseco core running ... just u have to completely replace it IF you have it.

I dont think anything could avoid the script from running on a TMNF server ... except too many people and missing coppers.

I have it working now, except for the jukebox add function. When i type /jukebox "trackid" or add it by clicking on the trackname in the list i get a error: Transaction failed - Error:You have not enough coppers! I have about 6500 coppers so that cant be the problem. How can i fix this?

The copper transactions on the dedicated now seem to cost a percentage to nadeo.

Whatever: the server needs a basic amount of coppers to start transactions ... just send your dedicated account a message with some coppers, so the server can start to handle "money".

---

Lag ... the "everything that's weird is a lag" thingee makes me mad ... a lag is a delay on the network ... what are you talking about?
