I will answer the same as i did in dedimania when smdy got such problem:

Please specify your operating system, your account name, the Onyx Edition (Server or Desktop).

Did u take a look to the log (log file if Server Edition, log tab if Desktop Edition) ? any error on it ?

Usually, when there is such error, it means there is a network configuration problem:
Did u redirect correctly the port if u r using a router ? any firewall which block ports?
Last suggestion: maybe, another application is listening to the same ports as Onyx or there is a IP conflict on ur network (if u r inside a local network).

OnyxV2 uses port 2351 (game port), 5001 (xmlrpc port), 3451 (p2p port) by default on TMO
OnyxV2 uses port 2352 (game port), 5002 (xmlrpc port), 3452 (p2p port) by default on TMS
OnyxV2 uses port 2353 (game port), 5003 (xmlrpc port), 3453 (p2p port) by default on TMN
OnyxV2 uses port 2354 (game port), 5004 (xmlrpc port), 3454 (p2p port) by default on TMU

No, it s impossible to do it. We only allow the deletion of wrong records on Dedimania.

So sorry :s

I have one server running on Onyx for a few weeks now and it looks great :)
My other server is still "stand-alone". Now I tried to get it on Onyx too but I can't open a controller on the dedimania website.

When I enter IP and port (5001) for my first server there is no problem. Everything works great and I can change and manage everything I want.
When I enter IP and port (5000) for my second server, to start it, nothing happens.

My firewall, router and server are configured correctly. They both work stand-alone but I can't get them both to work on Onyx. Any ideas?

Never mind. I gave up Onyx for all my servers.
Maybe when the problems are solved I will come back again. I will keep track of this topic but for now I will just do it my way :)
