For example i click download on this link http://www.maniapark.com/ressource.php?id=2145#top and usually in videos and stuff it should automatically start downloading but in my case it won't so do i have to install anything or what? And i want to install the mods for Tm nations forever.

I found out what was wrong, i had to enable my pop up blocker so if anyone has same problem then just enable your pop up blocker.
