TMN default-style (grey) TMO skins wanted

Post by DaCheese » 02 Apr 2007 17:26

I'm planning on having a go at skinning the TMO cars. What we're looking at on TMO are the Suzuki SJ (Snow), Ford Escort mk1 (Desert) and Renault 5 Turbo (Rally). My plan is to make the Shell Sport Escort, Philips Autoradio 5 Maxi Turbo and a rusting SJ that lives in a shed behind my house, known as the Yellow Peril as TMO skins.

My first problem is that the default skin for all three cars is yellow. Ideally I need a grey starting point like the stadium car on TMN. Does anybody happen to have grey TMO skins? Thanks.

Google works wonders y'know.

The grey isn't actually a diffuse, it's there because there's no diffuse present.

C:\Program Files\TrackMania United\GameData\Painter\Layers\American\PreLight

The prelight (filename: layer) however can work as a blank canvas but re save it as Diffuse.dds not Layer.dds and put it in the car zip.
