How to make/import custom skins into/for TMN

I heard from univerchy (Mr. Chy>>) that he uses Photoshop for making custom skins, along with NVidia DDS Plugins. I have the NVidia Plugins I was just wondering if one of you pros could like give me instructions/directions.

I used the tut but it only gives instuructions for StadiumCar models, not custom car models like I was hoping for.

Dude photoshop is a image editor not a 3d modeler. If you want to do models (and I doubt you'd have the patience) then get 3ds max trial.

Let me rephrase my words... the tutorial said how to make skins for only stadium cars. i wanted to know how to make skins for custom cars

I think i understand that you want to make a skin painting for a customcar you have downloaded.
What's the problem? Just open the diffuse.dds of your zip file, and paint. in the tutorial, the stadium car is set as an example. Skinning a custom car is different for each car.
