Wow. You're learning fast it seems. Now I'm not a modeler myself (even if I know how to do basics, but I'm lazy ;)), but I must say I'm impressed! I look forward for your future models. :thumbsup:

Thanks! but the one i made there i only used 10 mins on (The one that looks more like the stadium car)... So if im trying to create a car and uses hours maby days then it would be nice!
But i still dont know how to import it... Can someone help me with that?

Listen to Tom bmandk, He's one of the kings in TM when it comes to moddeling.. follow the links he provided earlier and read everything twice mate! oh yeah, and good luck and I hope you figure it out...

If you have read all the tuto's.. to import into TM, do the following >> Start the launcher, click 'Help', Click 'Custom Data', Click 'Car Geometry' and point to 3ds file.

I havn't 100% 'completed' a vehical myself but getting there for real, I definitly have one or two on the way. I just read all the stuff at http://www.trackmania-carpark.com/forum ... 6f184fa9f6 esp. Tom's own thread at http://www.trackmania-carpark.com/forum ... f=5&t=2225.

It takes alot of work and dedication to make it all work but you will get there, just dont give up! :thumbsup:

Expect a WIP (Work In Progress) on there within a day or two from me myself! (Working on converting 'Chili Pepper' from 'Flatout 2' between us lot LOL! cause it looks like a mean rally car to me and as far as I know there isn't one already done, Just need to Low-Poly it then I'm there.)

Okay... when u said u wanted to import a car from Flatout 2 then i wonder how u do it..?

And if i have a picture of a car in 2d and then want to import it to TMF Then i wonder more how i do that!

1. - learn modeling/working in some 3D program .... thats needed for everything you need to do... (use google for searching tutorials and maybe buy book etc...)
2. - try imort in game something easy ... such as box and then box with some cylinders as wheels ....
3. - try import something difficult (it can be e.g. some NADEO model )
4. - after u can do this ask someone how to "export" mode from other game
5. - try make your own model from 2D (reaaaaaaaly hard and time consuming 100h and more... for good model from 2D picture)

dont skip any step ... or just forget it and leave it for those who want spend a lot of time to learn all this ... :!:
