For direct hosting open to all, write <hide_server>1</hide_server> in the command line and use

I tried downloading your mod through manialink. It said complete, but the file is ojnly 12k big and when I click on it , it says "Please insert the last disk of the backup set". This cost me 100 coppers and I got an incomplete mod and a locator file!!!! please send me a link where I can get the rest of this mod. Thanks
