I have posted this to figure out what program opens the file .gbx. If you could leave the place to download the file, please do so.

Second of all : There are no 3D programs that can open a GBX file.

The reason is simple.

3D programs use complex wireframes and meshes, to form the model's 3D shape. Once a 3D file is loaded into the TM launcher, it merges all those meshes, and geometrical vertices together, and converts all the 3D structures and formats into a completed,and secure(thankfully) GBX game file. It can't be deconstructed after that point.

In the same way it takes a lifetime to become a portrait painter, but no one can strip the layers of paint away from a portrait, or put all the various coloured paints back into their pots, and still have a usable portrait afterwards.

The GBX file is a sequence of coordinates and piece ID that the client convert in maps.
But why you wanna open it??

Anyway there is a tools developed by Fish if i'm not wrong, that can give you some info on a track.
The only use i see is the JPG file of the track, if i'm right.

You're not. :wink: There is plenty info in a challenge, as outlined in the Wiki, and some controllers like XAseco read the track files to obtain and present it. Fish didn't do much work on the .GBX format though AFAIK; the most complete scripts/classes to read tracks are by myself, as already mentioned in my initial reply.
