Nadeo? for some reason, it says i cant play player mode for 1 match of spectator, but i went through 3 spectator matches, and still couldnt play... please help!

I can't seem to get this addfavourite trick to work. I've turned off all my firewall on router and Windows... and I've port forwarded.
I start my server and told me friend the URL. He gets:

Connection to <CORRECT IP> failed or disconnected from server (10060)
