i dont rly know how to run a team, but from my point of view, the only way ur gonna get ppl to join ur team is by proving to them that it is good enough, go out into some servers, win a few races, ppl will think because ur a good racer, ur team must be good and they may want to join, also being popular helps too :P

How fast you are doesnt matter as a team leader, i'm not the quickest in my team.

Relax MK, be patient just do your own thing and enjoy the game, your team shouldn't be judged on how many members you have or on how fast you are, it also shouldnt be judged by others, if you have 2 cool members thats way better than having 10 anonymous idiots or half a dozen multi nick jokers.

It all depends on the patience and persistence of its leader, stick with it m8 :D
