You downloaded the dgVoodoo22_55_4_1.zip file, right?
Make sure you have file extensions enabled in Windows. To show file extensions, go to File Explorer and go to the "View" tab near the window title bar and then tick "File name extensions".
yea that checks out but still no CPL. file
[/quo
When i go to run it it shows an error for about 0.1 sec then delets of desktop (yes i was running as admin)

I found it NV
But there are no properties for it so how would i run as ADMIN ?
You have to extract all the files from the .zip file you downloaded into TrackMania Original's installation directory.
For example, extract all the files from the .zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\NADEO\TrackMania Original

This video tutorial will show you how to use dgVoodoo2.

Place all the dgVoodoo2 files into the TrackMania Original installation directory (instead of the SquareEnix Playonline viewer program).

Your anti-virus must be interfering. Turn off your Anti-virus for a few minutes and see if the file stays. If you don't want to turn off your anti-virus, you can exclude the directory of which you are extracting to.

Here's how I did it (and it works great), short guide:

1. Install the game
2. Install the mod by r00lz (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=26995) - https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B_K6Ms ... lpTQ01DenM - just unpack the content into the main installation folder
3. Download the newest dgVoodoo from http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2.html (v2.63.1 is the one I used)
4. Extract the contents from the .zip file into TrackMania's installation directory.
5. Extract all the .dll's from the MS folder into the same directory as TrackMania.
6. Run dgvoodooCpl.exe as Administrator (important!). T here will be a warning with Windows Defender, click 'More info" and then "Run Anyway".
7. Once dgvoodoo is open, click the .\ slash to select the current directory (top of the window).
8. Open the TmOriginalLauncher.exe as admin, enter your cd-key and adjust your settings, save and exit
9. Launch the game as admin using TmOriginal.exe
10. Play TMO on a Windows 10 system! :lovetm

I'm not sure if modding the game is necessary in this case but I did it :P
