Blacklist Sharmanhall

He's currently ranked #1, and he is using a hack to do it. I caught him on my server, 900FootAlien, today. Luckily, dedimania does not log times when the number of CPs is wrong, but you might want to check your challenge records anyway.

hi
My server has encountered the same problem. :cry: There are ways to detect it? Or to share a blacklist of such practices? :roll:

Sorry. My English is not good.

In the server config folder there is a blacklist.txt file. Adding a player's login to the file will stop them from ever playing on your server. For example:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<blacklist>
<player>
<login>sharmanhall</login>
</player>
</blacklist>

If you use FAST, typing /adm black sharmanhall in chat will add it to blacklist.txt for you.

Good questions. I just happened to be on my server when he was there. I was hoping there is a place on trackmania.com or tm-forum.com to see or add to a list of known hackers. I can't find one. I can see that it would be tricky because someone could add innocent people as a prank.

Any ideas out there on a good way to share a list of hackers?

A sub-forum titled "Cheaters" and then certain rules about posting would be a good start.
