- Logfiles are seperated and put into different folders
- Aseco can be run in silent mode to do testings

I see rasp isn't included in this version?
When will the new rasp be available? I'm spoiled so I'm used to having the rasp functions too :)

Just tried it out, and I like it a lot (though I've obviously become dependend on the jukebox function and have a hard time without it).
My favourite: the minimizing option!

Two questions though: why do you split the help window in two, and why did you change the karma system to a system of 0 to 10?

Bug1: the names "with funny bits" are no longer displayed correctly!
Bug2: after 1:21h it shut down with "XMLRPC ERROR [-32700] - transport error - connection interrupted"

Will test it out tomorrow night

I am annoyed by the blatant Adware in the TMN launcher (I own TMU and don't need a web page reminding me of its existance)

I guess asking for TMN version will be too much

You can only vote 1x in the whole uptime from Aseco, for only 1 map. To vote for other maps you have to restart aseco.

By all the maps aseco says dat the score 8 is.

Code: Select all

[02/19,11:05:41] map changed [Blue Water, Blue Sky] >> [Burning Sun]
[02/19,11:05:41] [LocalDb] challenge's score is 8
[02/19,11:05:41] [LocalDb] currently no record on Burning Sun
[02/19,11:11:54] map changed [Burning Sun] >> [Collect the Rings (Respawn versio
n)]
[02/19,11:11:55] [LocalDb] challenge's score is 8
[02/19,11:11:55] [LocalDb] currently no record on Collect the Rings (Respawn ver
sion)
__
sorry for my bad english!

Has anyone tried this version on a TMN server?
I'm curious if it will work.

Help window is split in two, because it will generate a next page after X displayed entries ... the X is set to a low number atm, so I could test it that it works, I will increment this number to 10 or 20 ...
The karma system of Aseco always had been from 0 to 10.

The names with funny bits should be displayed correctly!
Are you using the new sql file from the folder "localdb"? - there could be problems if you don't, because AsecoTMU fully works with utf8.
Your second bug looks more like a dedicated server bug to me... though I will do some checks about that.

This won't work, the whole manialink framework will brake.
TMN version will follow soon, I've applied most changes to both.

Hm.. updating to the new database that is located in the "localdb" server could help here as well...
I'm sure it works for me on my local testing server ... try to figure this thing out ...

AM has this beta already and is working on translating RASP, I don't know when he'll be able to finish it, as he's pretty busy with family and so on ...

I have put it in the appropriate folder, overwriting the old one. What else is to be done?

Ah, um no, I meant to import it with mysql admin and generate a new database through this.
Then set this new database in the localdb.xml.
For instructions on how to import the database file you can lookup the old Aseco readme ;)

@TaSo:
I have checked this voting issue and you're right ...
I am releasing a bugfix the next hour ;)

Well, it's a beta and not a stable release, as soon as we are reaching end of the testing phase I will release a script that moves your old records to the new database ;)

UPDATE:
AsecoTMU 1.0.1b fixes the voting issue TaSo mentioned.
Have fun :)
