Amount of players in TMU ( maybe )

Post by DIO » 26 Apr 2007 15:30

I was bit bored, so i checked something.
http://www.tm-ladder.com/index.php

Over 42680 (registered accounts). ( 27789 have points ) = 65 % Why there is like 15000 accounts that doesnt have points?

I´m not sure that are those all real accounts, cos quite many of them doesnt have even single point but i picked those numbers from ladder.

France have 13519 (registered accounts) alone. [ 9723 have points ] = 72 %
I Didnt check those accounts from all countries that doesnt have points but it has to be about that 65 % on all countries.

Germany 10841 accounts.
Russia 3515 a.
UK 2262 a (Wales 88 a).
Austria 1319 a.
Belgium 1211 a.
Norway 1078 a.
U.S.A 1058 a.
Netherlands 568 a.
Finland 320 a.
Poland 305 a.
Spain 283 a.
Portugal 121 a.
Brazil 70 a.

Something else: India and China have like 2.5 billion people and together they have 23 registered accounts.
TMU seems to be quite European game.

I made that list only for me but i thought that someone else would like to know too, so i posted it here.

In the beginning of TMU, Blahitis gave away some accounts/keys for dedicated server before you could manage those yourself. I think some of the accounts with 0p could be those dedicated accounts. At least mine is.

Of course its a predominately European game, since they only have released it officially in European countries as far as I know.

I was a little disapointed how few players are on United esp after playing Nations which is thriving although it is free.

There is quite often a lot of players on TMU.
During the night in U.S. time, is the least active time of all.
