Why not learn it yourself? Its very easy, just time consuming (thats why most people won't do it for you :))

There are a lot of tutorials on the net, I've listed some for you here. Thare are also lots of programs to help with quickening up manialink creating time too. I've listed them as well.

Tutorials:

http://manuals.mania-creative.com/tm_ma ... ndex-eng-1 (this one does not show how to register your manialink)

http://manialinktutorial.blogspot.com.au/ (this is a tutorial I wrote, it goes through everything needed to build a manialink, but may be a bit unclear).

http://manuals.mania-creative.com/tm_ma ... ndex-eng-1 (this shows how to register your manialink pages).

The following links are for Trackmania 2 Canyon manialinks, but you can still learn from them.

http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/Manialinks

http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/ManiaCode

Tools for making manialinks:

KLF Manialink Editor: http://www.klf.com.br/dload.php?f=KLF_M ... Editor.exe

Manialink Editor - a small program I made for myself, but you can download it off my manialink ml:index. Type that into Trackmania's browser.

There are a few graphical editors, but it is better to learn how to put the code together, because then you can make manialinks that look a lot better :)

Basic construction of manialinks:
If you need any help, just PM me

Have fun!

I use a graphical editor called ZephyR, but it's not veeery good.
BTW it's better than nothing.

BTW the only version of ZephyR you can download is the beta. The manialink which contanied the full version was closed.
Plus I've never heard of ManialinkDesigner by Bibi. I've downloaded it and I'll see soon if it works ;)

Well, I prefer the ManialinkDesigner, even if I don't know how to create Maniacodes (I can do it with ZephyR anyway).

First, what means PSC ? (yes I'm noob )
Second, I can make you one, but I'm busy on my own Manialink, I have maps to create, Giant Cup 10 to train, so I don't have much time. Sorry. :(
Try to use Manialink Designer and follow some tutorials on the net, it could help. ;)

I can give you the template I'm using for my latest one if you want, but you'll have to give credit to me for the design :)
