It is a leak, though, because the game is not released yet, and the information was not given out by Nadeo. Similarly, Nadeo has binded the beta testers with a non-disclosure agreement, so they must either keep the information to themselves, or they will get a leathering.

There's not actually an agreement, just a "very strong recommendation" i guess. People are getting banned for breaking it though, so people who value their tmu account might not want to leak

The fact that this forum is the official TM one doesn't change anything.
Assuming Nadeo wrote their rules for the beta test clearly, and it they do in fact state that you cannot leak stuff (I'm not a tester, I haven't read them myself), being of the opinion that the rules needn't be adhered to, means that you don't acknowledge Nadeo as an authority in this matter.

You could have the opinion that it's OK to break into other people's houses and take their valuables with you because you don't agree with the law, but the majority of people will disagree with you.
