Ah, that sounds indeed very cool. So for the FET3 final, we better setup 2 or 3 relay servers :roflol: But really cool, I think Slig can fire this out for the FET3 finals, so everyone is welcome!

Really a nice feature, much better than 3D glasses (sorry, couldn't resist  )

BLaHiTiS wrote:as i understand it it's actually a bit like a cross between shoutcast and the dedicated server, it puts up a 'satelite' connection to a relay station that will bring the feed to your "home tv"pretty much like cable tv vendors do it. So you don't really clog the server being a direct spectator, but the server broadcasts the data back to an external app ?

so do i understand it right if it's a bit like "dislocated spectator mode?"
yes, it's a relay server for spectators only, which is connected to the main server (on which are players).

i'm the owner of my very own 3d glasses rightnow cause i bought TM magasine nr 1 :P. Too bad my other eye isn't working so i see everything in red now and i guess that's not how it's supposed to be :)
anoyway on topic now: I think this feature is once again a very intuitive way of Nadeo to integrate the comunity spirit into the game.

hehehehe, and then it's even more tougher if you think that i'll always have to flip it exactly twice the amount of the frame rate at that moment,

and then still, it's the mixing of images by the brain that does the magic.

lol

To give this Maniachannels thing a boost i decided to add a showmatch to Gamestv

You can find the match here

Don't forget to watch :)

Would be nice if someone could help me with getting more relay servers so i could add them to the match and the upcoming CB summercup matches (pm me)
