Maybe try not to make personal assumtions of others in the future?
If you read carefully, I did not write that you ARE the kind of person I described. I wrote that you COULD BE (read "HAVE BEEN") such a person, given your post.
I always urge to clarify that. I just had a "feeling" from your words, and no statement of mine was meant to be an insult or an ultimate
criticism to your person.
And in fact you tell me
, in the following reply, that you are not at all the kind of person who doesn't want to buy a video game.
But please keep in mind that everyone makes assumptions of others hence others's words/actions and this isn't any bad
What's bad is not changing your assumption when it's evident that it is wrong.
That said... I would have probably reacted the same way as you, but I would have also admitted that my post could produce such an assumption about my person. I hope you understand.
I don't know whether I've been clear enough; it's not always easy to explain such concepts in a foreign language.
Also I apologize for having mispelled your nickname (I notice it only now), but I couldn't see it while writing my post and so relied upon my [failing] memory.
