LOOl, that one i'm still ashamed of, i can still have the urge to ban my head against a wall for this. It was the theme that was badly written around the fields that listed the unban option, I just chose the other one available and voila, there it was :P

DAMN...

(i can be such a noob on some areas)

This is my own opinion but... It is taking oddly long to open a forum.

opening the forum would be done in 30 minutes, it's a mater of waiting for the forum software to be completed and no longer being in beta..

It's not good to open a forum with beta software and I'm just waiting for the software to be public, to get started.

The announce ment has been made to open a discussion about several subjects like, which policy we can have for registered members that can be transfered (because if you have a userdatabase with half the data that are spammers,

it's databace space we want to save, and also I thought there would be having some people wanting to make a theme...

Blahitis..... if you whant a theme, you should open a extra thread for it and tell the people in wich direction you whant to go, as it is not a small job, if you make it propper... at least something like dark, bright, color, modern, classic, bla, bla, bla ... and what you dont whant... i think you know what i mean...

btw. the forum speed on my side is ok atm

is there a reason you don't use vBulletin? I've been using it for 3 years now and i have no problems keeping out spammers.

And why don't you use a free forum like MyBB or SMF?

lol, theres 1000s of users here, to suddenly change a forum completely from one brand to another is a bit risky.

Besides : I've got reason to believe that there will be a server upgrade soon: so I'm not working on anything rightnow.. we'll see what we do when we are on a new forum..

I could try smf.. that one had convinced me but i'm not the only one to decide this...
