Sunrise for cheap, if you can find it.

Post by f1gm3nt3d » 07 Mar 2006 20:23

So I downloaded Nations and fell in love with TM, I was planning on buying Sunrise within the next few months, I went to the local EB today to pick my buddy up, While he was getting off shift, I browsed and found on the bottom of the PC Games shelf, a copy of sunrise for $4.99 US. Woot. I talked to my Buddy and he said that any Electronics Boutique that has a copy of the game is selling it for $4.99 Since they price the games through the company database, so eh, if you don't have it and you live in the U.S. might be worht a look at you rlocal EB store.

well i herd that the price of tms is set to go back up to the £30 mark here inthe U.K so you got a bargin there
@ the moment tms is so hard to find and it doesn realy have a a good rating compared to games like HL2 so every time i go to a games shop i will find it and put it where ppl will see it and also recomend it it to a complete stranger in hope that they will like it and tell there friends
and the cheapest i have seen it here in the U.K is £9.99 so a bargin when you concider nadeo dont charge for there expantion packs

and to think I got a good deal by getting two copies (one for me and my brother) for a total of 49.98. Of course, ~$25 for an excellent PC game is not a bad deal at all IMO.

sorry but EB Games sells it for $49.95 not $4.99 ... price has not changed in last 8 months there according to their computers. Buying a used copy even if it has the CD Key might not help you if it was already used by the original owner. As like the XP key, its only good for one person ever.

Try eBay for some . I posted 2 links on here in another topic where one guy has 35 copies at Buy It Now for $15 with $5 shipping ... another guy has 24 for same pricing ... just search eBay with:
TrackMania Sunrise .. lots there to choose from.

I got my copy in 3 days of purchase sealed and new. 8)

Just reserved TM sunrise at PC world for £9.99. I presume I can upgrade for free to extreme?

Upgrade to Extreme is free.

Saw TMS and TMSX in a store here in denmark today. Standing side by side. TMS at the equivalent of £9.99, and TMSX at £25. They had one of each, still no sign of a TMO in stores here
