Custom Skins 4 TMO?

Not trying to be a noob in front of you but, I was watching TMO videos on youtube, I noticed the custom skins the player uses that got me thinking where they got those skins. So my question is, Where can I find those skins? I want them for my Trackmania United Forever (TMUF) game. I don't have any photo evidence but a video evidence
