Custom UI question

Hi all! I have explored the whole server looking for a way I could remove the blue background which shows at the bottom of the interface. As I said before, I did a research and find out that this is include as a custom UI. I know it is possible to modify because I have played on servers which had modified this. Here I'll give you an screenshot of both examples. The first one is my server, with the "bottom background", and the second one has nothing in that place (and have modified the background UI of the timer)


I would really appreciate if someone can guide me how to modify this, because I read the custom UI docs but I don't really understand.

You can modify the UI graphics in mods. Just put an empty graphic for that background in the mod. Than use a forcemod Plugin to let it display to all players
