TM stadium server masterserver_account

I'm pulling my hair out here. I know how to set up a dedi server for TMNF, but I cant get a masterserver account setup for TM2 stadium. All the tutorials i find say either "click on the advanced menu" or the "dedicated server" link , but these dont exist.

http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/Dedicated_servers has no advanced menu !!!!!!!!!!

http://player.trackmania.com does not have a link to Dedicated servers.

The tutorial misses a step . you have to go to http://player/trackmania.com and login and then next to your user name drop down the menu there and select "account manager".

Unfortunately creating a server account with a user name and password doesnt help as you dont get a validation key.

My server works if i use my game account name and password and validation key , but not the server name and password. I have tried all the possible combinations and the only one that works is mu main account.

Yes: this forum doesn't cover MP/TM2. That one does.

is there any videos on how to set up the trackmania dedicated server for
TrackMania United Forever Star Edition,,,plz help

by the way on the player page,there is no drop down menu
